The average carer is 39 years old. The industry needs young people. That's why we have partnered with Birmingham City University, welcoming students four times a year to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and inspire the next generation to bring fresh energy and innovation to care homes.

EQ Care are committed to delivering exceptional, heart-centred care across their five care homes.

Our team delivers engaging exercise sessions in each home, blending fun, movement and brain boosting activities. We also support the homes with social media content, helping to showcase the fantastic work happening every day behind their doors.

Kingsley Healthcare NW

Kingsley Healthcare Group is a UK Top 20 large national care home provider, offering expert nursing, residential, dementia and respite care across the country.

Our team delivers weekly exercise sessions in Kingsley homes across the North West, supporting residents wellbeing through movement and connection. We also showcase the incredible Kingsley community across our social media platforms.

NHS Black Country

The Black Country ICB covers Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell.

In collaboration with physiotherapists, we support care home residents through tailored exercise sessions designed to enhance both physical mobility and mental well-being. Our approach focuses on building strength and boosting mood, helping residents feel more confident, engaged and independent in their daily lives.
